Life Transformation Groups

Life Transformation Groups (LTGs) are small discipleship groups that are the vehicle for delivering the Christian Formation Process in SCC. Disciple making in SCC is the main business of the church. 
Every disciple is discipled in such a way that he/she will become a disciple maker too and reproduce more disciples and so on. We are passionate about making disciples because that is what Jesus was passionate about. This is something Jesus modelled in the gospels when he chose 12 disciples and made them into "fishers of men." We are committed to make disciples through relationships.
